TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. No order cancellation once OC (order confirmation) has been sent. A 75% cancellation fee of the total amount must be paid.
2. If the buyer fails to pay for cancellation fee or commits ghosting, I have the right to post them as bogus buyer / joy miner. Buyers will be marked as “ghosters” if they fail to respond within 2 days.
3. Damages caused by the courier are out of my control, I will not be liable for damages once the parcel has been shipped out.
4. DO NOT TRANSACT IF SENSITIVE. Some items may have minor damages (buyer will be notified before receiving their OC), please do not transact if you are sensitive.
5. A 20 pesos late fee will be added to the buyer’s total fee if the buyer fails to pay on the given date, be sure to follow the given DOP made during the agreement.
6. Please be patient and don’t be rude.
7. I may cancel any transaction if the buyer fails to abide by my T&Cs.
8. No unedited unboxing video = no refund.

1. Packing fee is worth 20 pesos for photocards and 15 pesos for books.
2. Buyer may book SDD via lalamove or grab.
3. Items will only be shipped out once full payment has been sent.
4. DP to secure items is allowed—a minimum of 20% of the item's price.
5. The refund percentage depends on the damage of the item.
6. Photo proof (photos of claimed items with the buyer’s username / display name with current time and date) will only be sent after payment. No payment = no photo proof.
7. I will add a 20 pesos late fee if you fail to pay as you order within 2 hours after OC has been sent. 20 pesos late fee is added per day.
8. NO RUSH SHIPPING unless you opted for sdd (I can ship within the day).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PASABUY
1. Inquiring for pasabuy is PAYO only.
2. Pasabuy fee is 20 pesos per inquirer.
3. Please be 200% sure before inquiring.
4. No cancellation of pasabuy inquiries once items have been bought. If you wish to do so, you must find someone who will claim your items. I will not be able to return your money as it has been used to purchase your item/s (no refund).
5. Do not inquire if sensitive; I will not always have enough time to check the condition of your items, but I will do my best to inform you about the item's condition before purchasing.
6. If the item you inquired about turns out to be unavailable, I will refund you 100% of your money EXCLUDING the pasabuy fee.
7. Pasabuys will only push if there are a minimum of 2 inquirers. If the pasabuy does not push, I will refund you 100% of your payment INCLUDING the pasabuy fee.
8. No cancellation of inquiries. If you wish to do so, you must pay 75% of the total amount of item/s as a cancellation fee. This only applies when you have already received the OC or when the pasabuy pushes through but your item has not been bought.
9. No minimum amount of items per inquirers unless stated.
10. MOD may vary on the items that will be inquired for pasabuy.
11. You may ask for an image of the receipt via DMs of the item you purchased.OTHERS
1. Most of my pasabuys will be items from Muji, Sonny Angels, photocards, and albums.
2. Preferred MOD is SDD for large items (e.g. A4 binders).
3. I will prioritize inquiries who have paid/reserved items.
4. Please do up your DMs if you wish to ask for an item's price if you're only canvassing (refer to number 3).
5. Checking my tweets if you inquired for pasabuy is a MUST. I will be posting frequent updates for the pasabuy for all inquirers to see.Once finished with the pasabuy, refer to my main T&Cs for transaction procedures. Thank you !!
